Jim Lasky & Danny Grant will own and manage Maple & Ash Chicago, Maple & Ash Scottsdale, Monarch Dallas and Kessaku Dallas.
David Pisor, will own and manage etta River North, etta Bucktown, etta Scottsdale, etta Culver City and Café Sophie Chicago.
